Heavy heart was a piece that was born from a result of misunderstanding and my inability to control my low self esteem and feeling a sense of unworthiness to those I love. That paranoia and fear/ anger/ pain comes from a place of love and care but obviously expressed in a way that wasn’t very productive. Thankfully I don’t have those moments a lot, but when they come, I find my view of myself much smaller and less important.

Shawn Coss (Gonna speak in third person here) has been a professional dark artist for the past 25 years and has never once had a solo art show.
Though featured in gallery shows in LA, Chicago and Cleveland, Shawn has finally decided to make his final art show ever be his first ever solo event.
Featuring over 40 pieces of artwork that span the last decade in oversized in your face glory, the show - A Digital Death - is his farewell to the art gallery scene.
What better place for a final farewell than at Shawn's high school friend's Cuyahoga Falls gallery, Up Front Art Space.
