Inventory

Keep track of your art collection or manage an estate’s holding with Up Front Art Space’s art inventory service. Our professionals can come to your location, assess and document your collection and provide you with a detailed report. The report includes artwork title, artist, dimensions, medium, condition and photograph. These reports can be used for insurance recording and valuations (although Up Front Art Space does not provide artwork appraisals), estate sales, gallery holdings and more. Pricing depends on location and size of collection.

Looking for a specific piece of art or have always wanted to own something by a certain artist? Or do you need something, but you’re not sure what or where to even start? Let Up Front Art Space do the research for you. If we do not have something that fits your needs in our gallery, we will work to locate it for you.

Research hours are billed at $35/hour. An additional finders fee of, at least, 10% applies to negotiate and purchase art pieces through this process on any piece procured outside of the Up Front Art Space gallery. Finder’s fee may vary, and will be noted in Art Procurement contract.
